McKenzie Forrester is your go-to childcare specialist and a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads, VA. McKenzie’s journey into the professional world began at a digital marketing agency where she used her degree in communications and sharpened her public relations skills, setting the stage for her transition into nanny placement services.

With eight years of in-home nanny experience, McKenzie understands the needs and nuances of family care, which has fueled her passion for connecting families with their ideal caregivers. An entrepreneurial spirit, inherited from her family’s strong business-oriented background, drives her to innovate and excel. Aside from being a Childcare specialist, McKenzie’s dream days look like baby cuddles, relaxing at the beach, and enjoying time with good friends and family.

Kathy Grey believes the best caregivers become extensions of the families they serve. With over 30 years of experience in the childcare field, Kathy launched Ghent CareGivers in 2013, serving Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, and Suffolk.

As an early childhood educator, Newborn Care Specialist, and graduate of the University of Virginia, she loves helping families find the perfect caregivers.
